All Sales are Final. Resilience Vintage does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, in rare cases where an item significantly deviates from its description, we may consider a return or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the nature of pre-owned items, minor imperfections such as small marks, fading, wear on logos, or minor stitching flaws are expected. We do our best to highlight any significant defects in the product description and images.

The photos included in each listing are an essential part of the item description. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these images to assess the condition firsthand. While we strive for thorough descriptions, not every minor sign of wear can be explicitly mentioned.

Vintage items, in particular, may exhibit signs of aging, such as slight discoloration, fading, or small stains. These characteristics contribute to their unique history and charm.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. If you have any concerns about sizing, please reach out before purchasing, and we will be happy to assist with additional details.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your item(s) immediately. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Measurements provided in listings are approximate and taken to the best of our ability. Small variations in measurements are common and should be expected when purchasing pre-owned goods.
