Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
• During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and internationally, including New Zealand.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Australia:
Free standard shipping on orders over AUD 100

New Zealand:
Free standard shipping on orders over NZD 200

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

International Orders & Customs

Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by their local customs authority.

RSVT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
